How I handle your information
Wynik is a one-person business. When you contact me through this website, your details come to me and nobody else. This page explains what I collect, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
What I collect
When you send an enquiry, I collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email, phone number, your trade and team size if you choose to give them, the services you're interested in, and your message.
The site's hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site running and secure. I don't use advertising trackers.
Why I collect it
I use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice the work. I won't add you to a mailing list or sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who can see it
Enquiries are processed by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, and delivered to my business email, which runs on Microsoft 365. Both may store data on servers outside Australia. I only share your details with anyone else if you've agreed to it, or if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details for as long as I need them to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as tax and business record-keeping rules require. After that, I delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email lachlan@wynik.com.au and I'll respond within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, please tell me first so I can fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If I change how I handle information, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
